Packing Style

Normally the brushes are firstly put into the slots of a supporting foam or plastic insert, then the entire foam or insert are put into a box. The box can be a plain white box or a 4-color printed gift box with your logo. The brushes can have your logo on them too. Printing and box costs are in addition to the above prices.

Quality Warranty and Bad Parts Replacement

1. What is the warranty period of your brushes? - One year for synthetic hairs, and 18 months for natural hairs.

2. How can I make sure of my money to be safe? - We are the 5th year with alibaba and have Trade Assurance there. For order of big quantities we suggest you visit us in the factory and check all the registration info.

3. What if in case of bad parts? - Show us the bad parts with pictures we will either replace them or refund your money back. So far we received no complains of bad parts.
